Toddler Lead Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate toddler teacher to join our team and substitutes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of toddler aged children. The toddler teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curriculum and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Provide attentive care to toddlers and infants, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, promoting positive behavior among students.
• Foster relationships with children, encouraging their growth through play-based learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, including those of children with disabilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.

Experience

• Proven experience in toddler care or infant care is highly desirable.
• Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children in a classroom setting is essential.
• Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques.
• Ability to educate students effectively while fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Experience working with students who have disabilities is a plus.
