Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education while ensuring the safety and well-being of each child in the classroom.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves and develop social skills.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including language, motor skills, and social interactions.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Provide individualized attention to children with special needs or behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
- Focus on potty training to ensure they are prepared when transitioning.
