Toddler Lead Teacher

Eco Early Academy is an all-organic, eco-friendly, childcare center. We are looking for leaders to help guide our little ones and to help achieve the goals and philosophies that make us unique. Must meet Michigan Lead Caregiver qualifications.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan and lead daily Creative Curriculum lessons and activities.
• Manage classroom routines, behavior, and overall environment.
• Communicate needs clearly and delegate tasks to assistant teachers.
• Maintain organized, safe, and engaging learning centers.
• Observe and document child development and communicate with families.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
