Toddler Master Teacher

Teach in a toddler classroom with low ratios (1:5 for toddlers) in an energetic, fast paced environment. Our center believes in the value of investing in our teachers through professional development and continuing education. Because knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice is so important in teaching young children, candidates for this position must have a CDA or higher education in the field of Early Childhood Education or Child Development and have experience in an educational child care setting.

Responsibilities
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities to engage and educate young children.
- Create and execute lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive and learn.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding children's progress.
- Utilize classroom management techniques to support positive behavior and learning outcomes.
- Continuously assess and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

Pay: $15.50 - $19.50 per hour
