Job Description:

• Facilitate a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for toddlers in the childcare setting.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Foster positive relationships with toddlers and create a supportive classroom community.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective program.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting preferred.
• Knowledge of toddler development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity, patience, and a passion for working with young children.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
