Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ToddlerTeacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of children aged 3 to 5 years, ensuring they are prepared for future learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves and engage with their peers.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a safe and orderly learning space.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding developmental milestones.
• Incorporate special education strategies as needed to support children with diverse learning needs.
• Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and behavior.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Experience

• Previous experience in childcare or daycare settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with preschool-aged children is essential.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of first aid practices is beneficial.
• Experience in special education or caregiving roles is a plus.
• A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their development is required.
