Toddler Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans and ensuring the well-being of each child in their care.

Duties

• Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive redirection and conscious discipline practices.
• Help children learn through play and positive interactions.
• Provide individualized support to children.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity and encourages participation from all students.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment and follow cleaning and sanitizing procedures properly.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children is essential.
• Familiarity with curriculum and implementing, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
• Ability to differentiate instruction according to the needs of children.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and fellow educators.
• Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
