Toddler Teacher, Assistant

We are a NAEYC-accredited, Quality Stars-rated center located on a university campus, committed to providing high-quality early childhood education in a collaborative and nurturing environment.

Position Details:

• Full-time position (8-hour shift between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday)
• Starting pay: $16.25–$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom
• Assist with daily routines including meals, activities, and transitions
• Help foster a positive, nurturing environment for toddlers
• Communicate effectively with team members and families

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous daycare or early childhood classroom experience required
• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred
