TORs: Manual Development & Capacity Building (Aawaz II Project – Sindh Component)

CARE Pakistan invites proposals from experienced consultants/firms to develop training manuals and conduct capacity-building under the FCDO-funded Aawaz II Project. The assignment includes:

• Developing manuals on Social Accountability and Referral Systems & Pathways (Urdu, Sindhi & English).

• Delivering Training of Trainers (ToT) on Social Accountability for IP staff, Aawaz Agahi Centres, Change Makers, and SIG leaders.

• Conducting district-level trainings on Referral Pathways for government and non-government stakeholders in Malir, Thatta, Badin, Mirpurkhas, and Umarkot.

Duration: November 1, 2025 – January 15, 2026 (8–10 weeks)
Eligibility: Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in manual development and training delivery; proven expertise in governance, accountability, social inclusion, or protection; ability to produce materials in Urdu, Sindhi, and English.
