General Purpose
The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for preparing routine reports (headcount, turnover, payroll budget tracking). Maintaining C&B databases accurately. Administers benefits programs and ensure timely updates. Conducts initial market benchmarking and prepares summaries. Develops HR dashboards and analytics reports for review.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Analyze workforce trends and provide insights for decision-making (e.g., attrition analysis, Tons per Head- productivity metrics).

Assist in maintaining accurate job descriptions and evaluations using HAY methodology.

Assist in preparing and maintaining salary structures and pay ranges based on market data and internal equity.

Coordinate benefits programs and ensure competitiveness through market analysis.

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.

Ensure proper alignment of roles within the grading structure.

Monitor and report on Compa-ratio and pay positioning across the organization.

Participate in annual salary review process: data collection, analysis, and preparation of increase matrices.

Support administration of Sales Incentive Plans and other variable pay programs.

Support development and execution of C&B policies and ensure adherence to labor laws.

Experience

7-9 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards with strong analytical skills.
