IT Support Officer – Amyra Travel & Tours

About the Role
Amyra Travel & Tours is seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all technical issues, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors, connectivity problems, and user account issues.

· Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and company devices.

· Manage IT assets and maintain accurate documentation of systems and support requests.

· Collaborate with other IT staff to implement updates, upgrades, and security measures.

· Ensure timely response and resolution of tickets through the helpdesk system.

Requirements

· 1–3 years of proven experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role.

· Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.

· Experience with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
