We are looking for a Tour Operator & Guider who will manage tour operations, plan travel itineraries, and guide tourists during trips. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, customer service, and exploring new destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize tours, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Guide and assist tourists during local and international trips.
  • Provide detailed information about destinations, culture, and attractions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport companies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints professionally.
  • Manage bookings, payments, and documentation.
  • Promote company packages through social media and marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Prior experience as a tour operator, travel consultant, or tour guide (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu (other languages a plus).
  • Good knowledge of popular tourist destinations in Pakistan and abroad.
  • Ability to travel frequently and manage group tours.
