Job Title: Umrah Agent UK

Location: Lahore (Yateem Khana Chowk Metro Station)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Umrah packages to individual clients and groups
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person
• Explain visa processes, travel itinerary, hotel options, and transportation
• Coordinate with suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies)
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely customer response
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer data
• Provide pre-departure briefings and support during travel
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Umrah/Hajj travel sales or general travel agency work
• Excellent communication and sales skills (English)
• Basic knowledge of Umrah procedures, visa requirements, and Ziyarat sites
• Familiarity with airline ticketing and hotel reservation systems
• Strong follow-up and customer service mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, email, etc.)
