Job Title: Travel Consultant B2C/B2B

Qualification: Minimum Intermediate / A-levels/High school Degree

Salary: 25k -60k plus commissions and incentives

Requirements:

• Candidate must have minimum proven 1 -2 years of experience as a Travel consultant, Ticketing Officer or in a similar role.
• Candidates must be familiar with any GDS (Sabre & Galileo preferred), fare construction, fare rules and ticketing.
• Must be able to effectively and clearly communicate in English.
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email) to address client inquiries, make recommendations, and resolve issues.
• Excellent knowledge of latest tourism trends, offerings and options.
• Understanding of travel documents including passports and visas.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time-management and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to handle client issues and disruptions.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
