Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on Schengen visa requirements and assist throughout the application process.
• Handle sales inquiries, convert leads into successful applications, and maintain client follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a high satisfaction rate.
• Prepare documentation, verify client details, and ensure compliance with visa regulations.
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to the company’s growth goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Schengen visa consulting or travel advisory (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification required).
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidence, and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
