Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Flight & Hotel Booking Executive. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in data entry and Microsoft Excel, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for accuracy. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight and hotel bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update booking data using Excel and internal systems.
• Ensure error-free data entry and maintain proper records.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Support the team in preparing travel itineraries and reports.
• Learn and apply travel booking tools and software (training provided).

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management, etc.)
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fast learner with a sharp mind and problem-solving attitude.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with prior experience in travel booking are welcome.
