Tour Operator (Malayalam language is mandatory)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Tour Operator to join our growing team and ensure smooth execution of travel operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate local and international tours, holiday packages, and excursions.
• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and other partners to secure the best travel arrangements.
• Create attractive and customized tour packages based on client requirements and budgets.
• Handle bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation efficiently.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Ensure seamless execution of tours with attention to quality and client satisfaction.
• Monitor tour operations, resolve issues, and manage last-minute changes with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, bookings, and supplier agreements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Tour Operator, Travel Consultant, or in the tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Proficiency in reservation and booking systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (mandatory).
• Customer-focused with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and work under pressure.
• Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
