Lez Rove Tourism is seeking a skilled Visa Consultant with strong communication skills and prior experience in a travel agency. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Hindi.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with visa documentation and application processes.
• Provide up-to-date information on visa requirements for various countries.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Coordinate with consulates, embassies, and other related institutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending cases.
