Compensation

• Salary: EGP 12,000 - EGP 14,000 per month, based on experience
• Location: Remotely.
• Internet Allowance: 300 EGP monthly
• Medical Insurance Allowance
• Annual Salary Increase: 10% – 15% (based on performance)
• Annual Paid Leave: 21 days per year (eligible after completing 1 full year of employment)
• Travel Opportunity: Possibility to attend 1 hosted international event (Europe / Asia) per year
• Monthly Bonus: Based on sales results & overall performance

Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and fast-paced Reservations Agent to join our remote team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling bookings efficiently, securing the best possible rates from suppliers, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for clients. This role requires someone who can work under pressure, respond quickly, and maintain accuracy in all reservations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage Reservations efficiently
• Strong Sales skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Creativity in crafting unique Tour Packages
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Handle hotel, tour, and transportation bookings quickly and accurately
• Communicate with suppliers to negotiate rates and secure the best deals
• Manage multiple reservations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Ensure all bookings are confirmed and documented properly
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales & operations) for smooth execution
• Resolve booking issues and last-minute changes efficiently
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
