Tour Sales Consultant – Malayalam Language Preferred

This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in Malayalam and understands the unique travel preferences of clients from Kerala or similar backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and customizing tour packages based on their needs.
• Handle inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Offer accurate details about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless tour arrangements.
• Meet achievable sales and service targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Fluency in Malayalam, English and Hindi is required.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive in helping clients.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and social media platforms.
