Tour Sales Consultant – Tagalog Language Preferred

What You'll Do:

• Assist clients in selecting and customizing travel and tour packages.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
• Share helpful, accurate information about destinations, travel options, and pricing.
• Provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure every tour runs smoothly.
• Help meet team sales goals and deliver great service experiences.

What You’ll Bring:

• Fluency in Tagalog and English is a plus.
• Prior experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• A warm, approachable communication style and strong attention to detail.
• Confidence using basic computer tools, messaging apps, and social media platforms.
• A helpful, positive attitude and passion for delivering great service.
