Job Title: Tow Truck Foreman

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Tow Truck Foreman to lead our towing and roadside assistance team. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating drivers and dispatch, ensuring safety and efficiency in the field, and maintaining high service standards for customers. This is a leadership role that requires strong towing experience, team management skills, and the ability to handle fast-paced situations. Starting Pay:45-65k per year plus Bonuses & Incentives

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and support tow truck drivers and roadside technicians

· Coordinate daily dispatch operations and job assignments

· Ensure drivers follow company policies, safety procedures, and DOT regulations

· Assist with complex towing or recovery jobs when needed

· Monitor equipment, trucks, and tools to ensure they are properly maintained

· Train and mentor new drivers and staff

· Handle customer concerns and ensure professional service standards

· Work closely with management to improve operations and efficiency

Qualifications:

· Prior towing experience required (light-duty, medium-duty, or heavy-duty preferred)

· Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

· Strong knowledge of towing procedures, safety practices, and equipment

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions

· Good communication and organizational skills

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if needed
