Tow Truck Driver

Real Mitchell's Towingis looking for an experienced Tow Truck Driverto add to our team to work 4 to 5 days and be on call for pd tows.

Our Tow Truck Drivers are responsible for making connections with customers and delivering the highest level of service while transporting vehicles, products and materials.

Tow Truck Drivers are expected to be punctual, to take pride in their work, and to be able to work in a team environment.

Requirements:
·Ability to pass a background check
·Must have tow truck driving experience and a clean driving record
·Ability to drive in all weather conditions and on all road conditions including gravel, dirt, smooth road, etc..
·Be able to lift 50+ pounds.

*Must live within 20 minutes of Rochester NH

Summary

As a Tow Truck Driver/Operator, you will be essential in providing roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your core skills in driving and operating tow trucks will be vital for safely transporting vehicles. Your premium skills in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and conflict management will enhance your effectiveness in various situations. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service and load/unload operations will ensure a positive experience for clients. Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in optimal working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with vehicle recovery and towing needs.
• Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring proper securing techniques are used.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs and diagnostics on vehicles as needed.
• Manage conflict effectively, maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
