We are seeking a hardworking and safety-conscious Tower Crane Helper to support tower crane erection and dismantling operations for high-rise construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist the erection team in assembling, climbing, and dismantling tower cranes while strictly following safety procedures and site regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Tower Crane Erectors in erection, climbing, dismantling, and modification of tower cranes as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Support in assembling mast sections, jib components, counterweights, slewing units, climbing frames, and tie-ins.
• Help prepare tools, equipment, and lifting accessories before assembly operations.
• Assist in coordinating with mobile crane operators during lifting and positioning activities.
• Support alignment, leveling, and structural checks during erection works.
• Assist with installation of mechanical and basic electrical components under supervision.
• Help conduct pre-commissioning checks and load testing preparations.
• Inspect components visually before installation and report any damage or defects.
• Follow approved lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies.
• Use proper PPE and follow all working-at-height safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction, heavy equipment, or crane-related work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tower crane components and erection processes is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of safety standards and site risk assessments.
• Valid rigging / lifting certification is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
