Position: Tower Crane Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Tower Crane Foreman to lead and supervise tower crane operations and maintenance activities across high-rise construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive hands-on crane experience, and a solid understanding of safety regulations and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily tower crane operations, maintenance, and repair activities on-site.
- Lead a team of crane mechanics and technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules in line with manufacturer recommendations and project timelines.
- Inspect tower crane components including hoisting systems, slew mechanisms, motors, brakes, wire ropes, and control systems.
- Ensure proper installation, climbing, dismantling, and load testing of tower cranes.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and safety officers to minimize downtime and maintain project schedules.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- Enforce company safety policies and ensure adherence to UAE regulatory standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for crane crews.
Requirements:
- Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tower crane operations and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Strong technical knowledge of tower crane mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with major crane brands such as Potain, Liebherr, Comansa, or Raimondi is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, load charts, and service manuals.
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
