Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on tower crane electrical systems to ensure operational safety and compliance.
Conduct thorough inspections of tower crane components, including structural members, electrical systems, and safety devices, to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts, replacing worn components, and adjusting mechanisms to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of the equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify the root cause of the problem.
Conduct load testing and certification inspections to verify the crane's lifting capacity and ensure it meets safety standards.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed on the tower cranes, including parts used and service dates.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical components and control systems specific to tower cranes, ensuring minimal downtime.
