Summary and Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for managing the Track Distribution business model, designed to drive value for customers by optimizing booking revenue and operationalizing key workflows across multiple departments.
This role ensures the Track Distribution Services are structured, executed, and delivered with precision and excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally to define, implement, and scale the systems, programs, and infrastructure that support the successful delivery of Distribution services to our customers.
The Track Distribution Manager engages directly with customers to strategically implement best-in-class Distribution practices. This person brings a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, technical acumen, and industry knowledge to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Create, develop, train, onboard, and support the Track Distribution program at TNS
 for both new and existing customers.
- Provide distribution strategies to our customers that optimize their revenue.
- Create, develop and deliver Portfolio Audits, Quarterly Reviews and Health Checks
 to all TNS customers and provide insight to our team.
- Ensure TNS is helping our customers optimize revenue across multiple booking
 channels using the appropriate reporting and strategies through regular business
 reviews and support.
- Provide consultative guidance on changes and enhancements to our platform and
 services including identifying cross sell and upsell opportunities like adding
 customers to new channels and getting them to adopt new distribution features.
- Be the champion of follow up and follow through as it relates to our internal and
 external clients and the cross departmental collaboration required for success.
Minimum Qualifications:- 1-3+ years of direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales
 support, or equivalent experience in professional services, project management or
 account management functions.

The typical starting salary range for this position is: $60,000 to $65,000.
The actual salary offer will consider multiple factors, including skills, experience, education, and location. Please note that the salary reflects the base amount only and does not include total compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and benefits.
