Job Title: Tracking Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor vehicles through GPS/tracking systems on a real-time basis.
• Ensure adherence to assigned routes, schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Report delays, route deviations, stoppages, or suspicious activities immediately.
• Coordinate with drivers, operations, and relevant departments for issue resolution.
• Maintain daily tracking logs and prepare shift-wise reports.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, or security alerts.
• Ensure proper functioning of tracking devices and report faults if any.
• Maintain confidentiality of tracking and operational data.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum intermediate.
• 1–2 years of experience in vehicle tracking, fleet management, or operations (preferred).
• Good command of computer systems and GPS tracking software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in shifts (day/night).
• Alert, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
