Key Responsibilities Trade & Commercial Support
- Assist Trade Managers in managing assigned trade lanes and customer accounts
- Support preparation and circulation of freight rates, tariffs, and quotations
- Maintain customer and trade data in internal systems
- Track market trends, competitor rates, and trade movements
Booking & Documentation Coordination
- Coordinate with operations for booking acceptance and space allocation
- Ensure timely issuance of booking confirmations
- Assist in verification of shipping instructions, BL drafts, and cargo details
- Coordinate amendments and corrections with relevant departments
Customer & Agent Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for customers, overseas agents, and partners
- Handle customer inquiries related to schedules, rates, and cargo status
- Follow up on pending documentation and operational requirements
Internal Coordination
- Liaise with operations, finance, and customer service teams for smooth trade flow
- Support dispute resolution related to rates, billing, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with trade policies and company SOPs
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare trade performance reports (volumes, revenue, utilization)
- Maintain filing of trade-related documents and correspondence
- Support management with presentations and trade reviews
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
