Trade Execution Specialist

For a very well known Company in New Cairo Trade Execution Specialist is urgently needed


Job responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end trade execution for import, local, and export shipments.
  • Coordinate shipment activities with stevedoring companies, marine agencies, inspectors, and logistics providers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping, customs, and export documentation.
  • Coordinate customs clearance, CargoX requirements, NFSA compliance, and FSQR standards.
  • Liaise with Treasury for Bills of Lading (BLs), supplier payments, and customer payment follow-up.
  • Plan and coordinate cargo sampling, trucking, and stevedoring activities to meet operational and business requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute regular operational reports, including bean line-ups, stevedoring schedules, and trucking plans.
  • Verify the accuracy of operational reports from service providers and customs agents.
  • Manage domestic contracts, delivery orders, debit notes, and contract documentation.
  • Record and maintain all trade execution activities in the Dynamics ERP system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government authorities and service providers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Treasury, Logistics, FSQR, Production, and Commercial) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Process and reconcile departmental invoices accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations throughout all activities.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Trade Execution, Shipping, Logistics, or the Futures Market.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional training or certification in Import/Export Operations, Shipping, and Incoterms is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of GAFTA (Grain and Feed Trade Association) and/or FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations) rules and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts and build collaborative, win-win solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
