The Job: You'll be part of our Middle East Marketing team working as an on-site employee. You'll be responsible for planning and executing trade marketing strategies to drive in-store visibility, shopper engagement, and sales growth for the DEWALT & STANLEY portfolio in the KSA market.

You'll get to:

• Support the growth of the brand across KSA.
• Apply category management principles for range assortment, channel specific ranges, promotion, pricing, display/merchandise replenishment and effective sales drivers to grow in the Traditional Channel.
• Support sales teams of KSA with the implementation of key marketing programs.
• Conduct competition pricing reviews across KSA.
• Develop pricing and promotional plans for new product launches/SKU activations & range expansion across KSA.

The Person: You love to learn, grow, and be acknowledged for your contributions. You're not intimidated by innovation, and you embrace it.

• A minimum of 2+ years of trade marketing experience in the FMCG, consumer electronics, or home improvement sectors within the KSA market.
• A proven track record of successfully managing retail activation, promotional campaigns, and POS deployment.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with hands on experience in ROI measurement and comprehensive reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and key relationship building abilities with retail partners.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
