Job Title: Trade Marketing, Gurugram What you'll be doing:
- Build & Own Trade Marketing Plan (Region wise); in sync with customer profile of Reseller & Contractor segments, product selling trends, organization's growth expectation and marketing spend budget.
- Drive business, the CPT way (C - Coverage, P - Penetration, T - Throughput).
- Design & implement trade marketing strategies, which are aligned with sales & marketing objectives. Geographical coverage, channel network expansion & more product range selling (PPI & PRI) need to be at the centre of all initiatives.
- Drive Demand Generation initiatives like in-shop meets, installer meets, in-shop branding, signages, POS material placement and promotional schemes (including LTS/FTS programs) etc. for each customer segment.
- Explore & implement innovative ways of customer engagements like regional events, festivals, birthday & anniversary celebrations, Dealer meets & Contractor meets etc.
- Drive Loyalty Programs e.g. Installer Loyalty Program, to facilitate secondary sales & build brand preference.
- Create strong Installer's network, who have been trained on Knauf products/ system solutions/ SOPs thru Upskilling programs.
- Build customer segment wise database and utilize it for various brand & product campaigns.
- Proactively communicate - new product developments, applications, PR activities etc. and build lasting relationships with the Resellers & Contracting segment customers.
- Accurate & timely forecast of promotional material & giveaways, work with brand team for design/ content, work with sourcing team to procure and ensure seamless distribution to improve brand visibility in trade market.
- Provide feedback to business leaders, product managers & brand/communication managers on our already rolled-out initiatives & on the need to roll out something new for business growth.
- Track & Analyze distribution performance (CPT, PPI, PRI etc.) and usefulness of all trade initiatives taken.
