Trade & Marketing lead

Asfour Crystal international is looking for a Trade & Marketing Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving brand visibility, trade activation, and market growth across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with sales targets and retail strategy.

- Support distributors, agents, and retail partners with POS materials and in-store activations.

- Manage and execute digital marketing activities across social media, website, email campaigns, and paid media.

- Plan and manage brand participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events (local & international).

- Support international markets with localized marketing materials and product launches.

- Ensure consistent brand identity across all offline and online touchpoints.Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports and insights.

- Work closely with sales teams, agencies, and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to trade marketing and digital marketing.

- Proven experience managing events, exhibitions, or brand activations.

- Experience working with international markets, distributors, or regional agents.

- Strong project management and coordination skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
