Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to lead initiatives across both e-commerce and traditional trade channels. This role will focus on driving brand visibility, executing promotional campaigns, and optimizing retail partnerships—both offline (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, etc.) and online (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online). The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of FMCG trade marketing experience, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven track record of collaboration with sales and e-commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies across e-commerce and traditional retail channels
  • Partner with sales teams to design promotional campaigns and in-store activations that drive sell-out
  • Manage retailer partnerships (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, etc.) ensuring brand visibility and compliance
  • Oversee digital retail media campaigns (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour online) with a focus on ROI
  • Track campaign performance and recommend sales-driving improvements

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years trade marketing experience in FMCG
  • Strong understanding of both offline and online retail environments
  • Proven ability to work closely with sales and e-commerce teams
  • Analytical mindset and hands-on with trade spend optimization
