Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
Trade Marketing Manager with a background in the dairy sector
to lead the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in aligning marketing and sales strategies to enhance the visibility, distribution, and sales performance of our dairy products across general trade, modern trade, and emerging channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement trade marketing strategies specifically tailored to dairy product categories (e.g., milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, Ice cream).

Translate brand objectives into effective channel-specific activities.

Build annual trade marketing calendars by account with full year promotional plan by month and by activity aligned with seasonality and demand trends in dairy.

Tailor made trade marketing plan for top customers and country level activation.

Weekly meeting with the sales team and supporting functions along with our key partners and key distributors for UAE and GCC countries), align drivers and promotional activation along with NPI’s distribution and execution guidelines.
Retail & Channel Execution

Ensure high-impact product visibility and availability across key channels (GT, MT, Horeca, and e-commerce).

Manage and optimize shelf space, planograms, Perfect store module, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and display units.

Execute channel-specific activations such as in-store tastings, promotions, and market campaigns.
Promotions & Campaign Management

Design promotional mechanics suited to dairy fresh consumption habits and shelf-life considerations.

Lead execution of price promotions, product bundling, sampling, and loyalty programs.

Collaborate with sales teams to evaluate and adjust campaign effectiveness in real-time.
Category & Channel Development

Analyze category performance and work with retailers to optimize assortments and displays.

Identify growth opportunities in both traditional and modern trade based on dairy consumption trends and propose new NPI’s that can growth the category and expand Camelicious portfolio and market shares.
Sales Support & Collaboration

Equip sales teams with trade decks, product training, cold chain compliance info, and promotional tools.

Work cross-functionally with logistics and supply chain to manage inventory and cold chain constraints.
Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and evaluate trade marketing performance metrics (ROI, sales uplift, category share, etc.).

Leverage consumer and shopper insights, retail audit data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar), and internal sales reports to drive decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales, with at least 2 years in the
dairy industry
.

Strong knowledge of dairy product dynamics, seasonal consumption patterns, and cold chain requirements.

Proven success in driving trade programs and managing retail relationships in FMCG.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
