Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Reporting to: General Manager

We are hiring a Trade Marketing Manager for L’Oréal Derma Beauty Brands in Pakistan to lead trade and retail marketing execution across key channels.

This is a core commercial marketing role focused on trade strategy, retail visibility, shopper engagement, ATL/BTL execution, and channel performance for L’Oréal’s derma beauty portfolio.

Important: This role is for marketing/trade professionals with experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or consumer brands. It is not a medical, clinical, regulatory, or pharmacist role.

Role Overview

The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing trade marketing initiatives that strengthen in-store presence, improve shopper conversion, and support sales growth across:

Modern Trade

General Trade

Pharmacy / Retail Pharmacy Chains

Emerging Channels (E-commerce / New Retail formats)

The role requires strong hands-on experience in retail marketing execution, channel promotions, POS visibility, and integrated ATL/BTL planning aligned with brand and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Strategy & Planning

● Develop and execute annual trade marketing plans aligned with brand, sales, and commercial targets

● Build channel-wise trade initiatives to drive sell-out, visibility, and shopper conversion

● Adapt brand campaigns into channel-relevant trade plans for retail execution

ATL Campaign Coordination (Commercial/Brand Rollout)

● Lead execution and coordination of ATL campaigns across:

○ TV

○ Digital

○ OOH

○ Influencer marketing

○ Media partners

● Ensure ATL campaigns are integrated with in-store and retail activation plans

BTL & Retail Execution

● Drive BTL programs including:

○ In-store activations

○ POSM development and deployment

Promotions and trade offers

○ Sampling campaigns

Merchandising excellence

● Ensure strong retail execution standards across all channels and stores

Brand Visibility & Shopper Experience

● Maintain consistent brand visibility and premium execution across retail environments

● Improve shopper journey through impactful displays, communication, and activation touchpoints

● Work with sales teams to ensure execution quality in market

Cross-Functional Coordination

● Collaborate closely with:

○ Brand Marketing

○ Sales / Trade Sales Teams

○ Digital / E-commerce

○ Supply Chain ○ Finance

● Ensure timely rollout and execution of campaigns and trade initiatives

Budget & ROI Management

● Manage trade marketing budgets efficiently with clear tracking

● Monitor spend vs. plan and evaluate campaign ROI

● Conduct post-campaign reviews and recommend optimizations

Agency & Vendor Management

● Coordinate with creative agencies, production vendors, merchandising teams, and activation partners

● Ensure on-time delivery and quality execution of trade materials and campaigns

Insights & Performance Optimization

● Analyze market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor trade activity

● Use retail and campaign insights to continuously improve execution and results

Ideal Candidate Profile

6–10 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Shopper Marketing / Channel Marketing

● Background in FMCG, beauty, skincare, personal care, or premium consumer brands

● Strong hands-on experience in retail trade execution (ATL + BTL)

● Strong understanding of Modern Trade, General Trade, and Pharmacy channels

● Commercially driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking

● Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage agencies/vendors

● Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and execution skills

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
