Trade Marketing Specialist

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting the financial performance of channels and customers in order for the responsible category to achieve P&L targets,
• Working in close cooperation with the sales team and visiting customers to understand market trends, customer dynamics and insights,
• Managing strategic pricing and applying it to sales channels,
• Preparing the commercial activity plan and monitoring its implementation,
• Ensuring that studies are carried out regarding the positioning of products on a channel and customer basis,
• Offering the products under its responsibility to the market in a competitive and strong position, and carrying out all necessary studies to reach the targeted market shares,
• Creating the commercial marketing budget based on expenditure items in line with customer and channel plans, activity efficiencies and strategies and managing the created commercial marketing budget, reporting it regularly to the management,
• Determining the commercial marketing strategies to be implemented by evaluating customer suggestions,
• Working interactively with marketing – sales operations and finance and ensuring the improvement of processes.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economy, and/or related fields,
• At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing, channel development or sales, preferably in FMCG sector,
• Skilled in MS Office programs,
• Advanced proficiency in English,
• A result-oriented perspective with a focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement,
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and teams,
• Good grasp of organizational and project management skills,
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
