Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Officer to join our growing team. This role bridges marketing strategy and field execution—driving FRÍO’s brand visibility, trade presence, and customer experience across key retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will oversee trade activations, listings, and promotional campaigns while ensuring smooth account management, order processing, and payment reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Trade & Retail Marketing Execution

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and visibility programs across retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Coordinate with key retailers and distributors for product listings, planograms, and brand placement opportunities.
  • Manage activation calendars and ensure timely execution of product launches, sampling drives, and in-store promotions.

Account Management & Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for B2B, retail, and distributor accounts to ensure smooth communication and order management.
  • Process and confirm orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate with logistics partners for on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain updated account documentation, including price lists, promotional agreements, and contracts.

Receivables & Payment Reconciliation

  • Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collection.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy between invoices, payments, and delivery records.
  • Provide weekly receivables and reconciliation reports to management.

E-commerce & Digital Integration

  • Collaborate with online platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Talabat Mart to optimize product listings, brand pages, and promotional visibility.
  • Monitor online stock levels, pricing, and customer feedback to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyze sales data, trade performance, and promotion ROI to guide marketing and sales strategy.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports for management review.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, FMCG, or beverage industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, receivables tracking, and account coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a passion for brand growth and execution excellence.
