Job Purpose
The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of approved marketing plans across retail, professional and innovation channels. The role focuses on delivering marketing activities efficiently, ensuring brand consistency and supporting sales growth through structured campaign and content implementation.
Key Job Responsibilities
General Marketing
- Support implementation of the approved local marketing plans and campaign calendars.
- Coordinate marketing activities to ensure timely execution across channels.
- Prepare reports and updates for management and Quarterly Review meetings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights to management.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) guidelines.
- Adapt Group Marketing assets for local use under guidance from management.
- Coordinate production of marketing collateral including brochures, POS materials, presentations and videos.
- Support vendor and agency coordination and follow internal approval processes.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor retail execution and competitor activity.
Retail Marketing
- Support retail campaigns, promotions and brand activation initiatives.
- Assist in implementation of the Terraco Space concept and in-store branding activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams and distributors to improve retail visibility.
- Plan and implement cluster strategy training calendars for the year, with continuous monitoring.
- Collect and organise customer and distributor feedback to support improvements.
Specification & Professional Marketing
- Support engagement with architects, consultants and professional stakeholders through approved activities.
- Coordinate seminars, exhibitions, conferences and CPD sessions (logistics, materials, registrations and follow-up).
- Support development of project case studies and reference materials in coordination with Sales/Technical teams.
Innovation Project Support
- Support execution of approved innovation projects through the Terraco Innovation process, in coordination with Sales and Technical teams.
- Assist preparation of launch materials, presentations, packaging adaptations and promotional assets.
- Support launch execution activities from market readiness through to commercial launch
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Confident communicator with good presentation skills.
- Structured and detail-oriented approach.
