What do we expect from our new team member?

Preparation and monitoring the execution of trade activity plan.

Competitor analysis, understanding market trends and insights, customer dynamics by working closely with sales team and visiting customers

Following, analyzing, and reporting financial performance of the responsible channels and customers to achieve the P&L targets of the responsible category
-
Planning sales volume of the responsible channels and customers by aligning production and delivery capacity to reach the maximum sales potential, informing relevant departments if there is any change of sales mix and leading the implementaion of new plan

Taking necessary actions for product portfolio penetration and listing performance tracking, reporting and improvement
-
Managing strategic pricing and its implementaion of the sales channels.

Effective budget management by considering the sales and activity plans
-
Improving processes by working with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance Departments
What kind of teammate are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering or other related fields,
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant role (especially in FMCG sector),

Excellent command of written and spoken English,

Knowledge of MS Office programs,

Team work orientation and skilled in working with cross-functions,

Strong analytical skills
