Trade Officer – Business Banking

Job Responsibilities:

• Handel the trade business for Business Banking accounts.
• High level of knowledge on trade finance operations, international trade practices, and applicable rules of UCP 600; URC 522; URDG.. etc
• Drive trade finance sales by promoting products such as LCs, Collections, and Guarantees.
• Provide expert advice on trade finance operations, ICC rules, and import/export procedures.
• Examine and process trade documents with accuracy and within SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with AML, sanctions, and regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.

Education, Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in trade finance within banking.
• Credit course certified is a must.
• Knowledge of ICC rules (UCP 600, URC 522, ISBP).
• Strong sales skills & attention to details.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
