Trade Performance Analyst

This role is to support the delivery of first-class customer experience through the tracking, monitoring, and reporting of trade marketing activities, in addition to providing performance assessment of ecommerce website.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for business improvement and greater efficiency within commercial reporting
  • Provide analysis on source and size of the business issue with in-depth root cause analysis
  • Responsible for B2B/Ecommerce Page analytics & insights
  • Ensure all reports are proactively shared with sales/customers via CRM etc.
  • Provide sales trackers and dashboards on Excel/PowerBI for digital and conventional channels.
  • Support Brands, Accounts and Digital team for ad-hoc data analysis and presentations.


Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years’ experience trade/business analyst roles.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with use of CRM and digital analytics tools
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Experience of working with SAP, Salesforce or other ERP/CRM tools is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Flexible with working across different time zones/shifts
