Trade Sales Executive- Automotive Batteries Division

Job Description

As a Sales Associate / Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the Channel Operations Manager in the Trade (Dealers & Re-Sellers) segment within the Batteries & Automotive Services Company. Your responsibilities will include fostering strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting brand awareness. You will work closely with trade customers, service centers, and internal teams to achieve channel-specific objectives.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement:

Build and nurture strong relationships with trade customers to understand their needs and provide excellent support.

2. Sales Target Achievement:

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales and service revenue targets set for the trade and reseller channel.

3. Brand Promotion:

Assist in promoting the company's brand and products within the trade channel by ensuring product visibility and availability.

4. Market Insights:

Gather market insights and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.

5. Sales Support:

Provide support to trade customers by offering product knowledge, addressing inquiries, and assisting with sales and service-related matters.

6. Inventory Coordination:

Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability and address any inventory-related issues.

7. Trade Scheme Awareness:

Stay informed about ongoing trade schemes, promotions, and incentives to effectively communicate them to trade customers.

8. Market Research:

Assist in market analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and growth opportunities within the trade and reseller channel.

9. Customer Satisfaction:

Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through responsive communication and issue resolution.

10. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Prior experience in sales or customer support is a plus.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-focused with a commitment to providing top-notch service.

· Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and competitive industry.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD450.000 per month
