✅ Oversee project timelines, ensuring smooth workflow between creative, production, and client servicing teams.

✅ Allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads across teams.

✅ Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve challenges.

✅ Communicate deadlines, priorities, and expectations across departments.

✅ Implement and optimize workflow tools and processes for maximum efficiency.

✅ Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 5+ years in a traffic/project management role within an agency environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Project Management, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Expertise in workflow management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of creative and production processes within an agency setup.
