Job Opening: Trailer Fleet Manager

We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and experienced Trailer Fleet Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and overall efficiency of our trailer fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and monitor daily trailer fleet operations, allocation, and dispatch.

· Ensure timely maintenance and repair of trailers to reduce downtime.

· Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

· Develop and manage fleet budgets, controlling costs for fuel, maintenance, and repairs.

· Lead and motivate drivers, mechanics, and support staff.

· Maintain vendor relations and oversee performance reporting.

· Implement safety and training programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Over 10 years of experience as a Trailer Fleet Manager or in a similar role in the transport industry.

· Bachelor’s degree in Fleet/Transport Management or related field.

· Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and fleet management software.

· Familiarity with budgeting, cost management, and vendor relations.

· Strong knowledge of trailer maintenance and safety regulations.

· Proven ability to manage budgets and meet operational deadlines.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
