Could you be the full-time Train Electrical Engineer (TEE) in Sricity we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You will play a key role at the Train Manufacturing Site (TMS) in Sricity, ensuring that train manufacturing and testing/validation activities align with the electrical design. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with TMS teams to resolve and troubleshoot issues identified during manufacturing and testing/validation. Additionally, you will actively participate in customer inspections.
Your responsibilities will include managing stakeholders such as the Electrical Engineering team, Project team, Manufacturing team, suppliers, and customers.
We’ll look to you for:
Collaborating on the definition of scope of supply between train and subsystems.
Interfacing between Manufacturing and electrical engineering team.
Managing internal and external activities, including planning, and risk assessments.
Ensuring baselining and deliverables including change request are applied during manufacturing.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical engineering domain

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience or understanding of railway electrical engineering
Knowledge of electrical CAD tools like See One or Catia EHI
Familiarity with train systems, functions, and industrialization and manufacturing of harnesses
A minimum of 5 years of experience in activity or team management
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
Ability to functionally manage a team of 5 to 10 people
