Role Purpose
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated
HR Trainee
to join our team, supporting both the
end-to-end recruitment process
and
Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives
. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while also contributing to training coordination, employee development programs, and other key HR functions.
Key Accountabilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels

Screen applications based on job criteria and coordinate interview schedules

Support interview logistics and communication with candidates

Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Prepare and publish job descriptions on various platforms

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and internal L&D events

Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and feedback forms

Track employee training participation and maintain training records
-
Support in collecting and analyzing feedback for training improvements

Work with the HR team to implement learning initiatives and programs

Maintain organized recruitment and training documentation

Support various administrative tasks within the HR department

Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
-
Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Strong interest in recruitment and learning & development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus
