Role Purpose

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to join our team, supporting both the end-to-end recruitment process and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives . This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while also contributing to training coordination, employee development programs, and other key HR functions.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
  • Screen applications based on job criteria and coordinate interview schedules
  • Support interview logistics and communication with candidates
  • Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Prepare and publish job descriptions on various platforms
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and internal L&D events
  • Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and feedback forms
  • Track employee training participation and maintain training records
  • Support in collecting and analyzing feedback for training improvements
  • Work with the HR team to implement learning initiatives and programs
  • Maintain organized recruitment and training documentation
  • Support various administrative tasks within the HR department
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and learning & development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus
