Core Responsibilities:

  • Program management: Develop, coordinate, and manage academic programs, including curriculum design, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Curriculum and standards: Ensure the curriculum aligns with educational standards, update content as needed, and oversee its delivery.
  • Faculty and staff support: Provide administrative and guidance support to faculty, assist with recruitment, training, and organize professional development.
  • Student support: Monitor student progress and academic performance, provide guidance on course selection and academic goals, and help resolve student issues.
  • Administrative duties: Manage student records, schedule classes, and prepare reports for administrative and regulatory purposes.
  • Liaison and communication: Act as a liaison between administration, faculty, students, parents, and external educational bodies or clinical facilities.
  • Evaluation and improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and teaching methods, and implement strategies to improve student learning and engagement.
  • Event coordination: Organize and coordinate academic events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
