Trainee Accountant/Boookkeeper

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Trainee Accountant, you will work closely with the accounting team to gain hands-on experience in various accounting functions. This position is ideal for individuals with an BS in Accounting/ /ACCA Part qualified/CMA Part qualified/ MS Accounting background who are eager to apply their knowledge and develop practical skills in the real-world business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Data Entry:

• Input and maintain accurate financial data into the accounting system.

Accounts Receivable and Payable:

• Assist in the processing of invoices and payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• · Monitor and report any irregularities in financial transactions.

Ad-hoc Tasks:

• Support the Finance team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• CA/ACCA Part Qualified
• Quickbooks Online Experience will be a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Location: Gulberg Islamabad

Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Working Days : Monday to Sat ( Sun Off)

Duration: 3 months - Internship may lead to a permanent position

Pay: 30,000-40,000 PKR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
